Meet the Team

Michael & Belinda Money

CEO & COO

Belinda and Michael Money formed Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in January of 2002. With over 45 years of business experience, 33 plus years of which were either as an office manager or executive officer, Belinda continues to lead the business and administrative division of P2E. With over 45 years of electrical trade experience in various positions from IBEW Local # 112 apprentice graduating in 1985 on up to business general manager, Michael continues to lead the operations division at P2E. Over the past 20 plus years, wisdom and insight from their Father, family, and team, have shaped and grown P2E into the business that is seen today. “Faith, Family, and Team” has been the backbone of their success in building and growing the relationships that have sustained their company for all of these years.

Dustin Matthews

Senior Operations Manager

Dustin became a Phase 2 Electric, Inc. team member in 2003 and with now 30 plus years of electrical trade experience that include running projects as a foreman, managing projects, estimating, and electrical design in service, commercial and industrial applications. Dustin has a passion to provide quality installations and excellent customer satisfaction. He values the importance of communication and building relationships with contractors and customers to achieve ideal results. Dustin oversees daily operations, manpower, customer service, and pipeline planning at P2E.

Channing Stredwick

Operations Manager

Channing joined Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in 2013 and has a combined 11 years of experience as a licensed journeyman wireman in both Washington and Oregon and has held positions ranging from foreman on up to site supervisor, project manager, and estimator. Channing takes pride and responsibility in working with clients and the P2E team to ensure cost effective ways of providing quality and successful projects. Channing oversees and manages multiple projects, manpower, operations, and is on the pipeline planning team at P2E.

Grant Washam

Project Manager

Grant joined Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in 2017 and has over 29 years of experience in the electrical industry working mostly in eastern Washington and Oregon in positions ranging from foreman on up to superintendent and estimator. “Joining the Phase 2 Electric, Inc. family has been the best decision of my career.” Grant brings with him a wealth of knowledge in all facets of the electrical industry. Grant enjoys meeting people and working with clients to find solutions for the challenges of their projects. Grant oversees and manages multiple projects, manpower, is on the pipeline planning team, and leads operations for all north Richland government facilities at P2E.

Blake Essary

Site Supervisor

Blake started his professional career as a teacher upon receiving his teaching degree, however, he decided shortly thereafter on a career change and entered the IBEW Local #112 apprenticeship. He graduated the apprenticeship in 2004 and came to work for Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in 2008. Blake worked as a journeyman wireman and foreman prior to joining P2E. Blake has gained a wealth of knowledge over his 24 years of electrical trade experience and prides himself on providing quality electrical projects for the customer while meeting time frames and staying on budget. Blake is a Site Supervisor for P2E.

Jared Dawson

Site Supervisor

Jared joined Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in 2018 and has over 11 years of electrical trade experience. Jared graduated from the IBEW Local #112 apprenticeship in 2016 and has worked in the area as a journeyman wireman, foreman, and project manager. Jared has been a foreman on many projects most recently helping in the success of large data centers and food processing plants. Jared takes pride in coaching and growing crews, finding solutions for the challenges of today’s projects, and bringing projects in on time and on budget. Jared is a Site Supervisor for P2E.

Donald Iverson III

Site Supervisor

Don joined Phase 2 Electric, Inc. in 2016. His electrical career started at Boise State University in 2002 and over the last 20 plus years has gained a wealth of knowledge

and experience in the electrical field specializing in controls, automation, and systems. Don has worked as a journeyman wireman on up to a project manager and site supervisor. Don has done service projects on up to running large electrical projects at processing and manufacturing plants. His knowledge and experience have allowed him to provide customers with the best products to fit their needs with minimal expenditures and completing the projects on time. Don is a Site Supervisor for P2E.

Aaron Taylor

Accountant

Aaron joined the Phase 2 Electric, Inc. team in 2016 and does an outstanding job taking care of the company’s accounting. However, Aaron does so much more for P2E than accounting. Aaron works to streamline the business, keeps it moving forward, and makes it relevant in the business world. Aaron works for Dale Oswalt at Oswalt, Teel, and Franklin, who has been an amazing member of the P2E family from day one. Aaron and Dale are the accounts, life, and business advisors at P2E.

Harlee Sue Money

Shop Dog

Harlee Sue joined the Phase 2 Electric team in 2015 and has become an integral part of the P2E operations. Harlee has gained a wealth of knowledge over her 7 plus years at P2E and really understands her role and the difference in clients and employees, and sales people. Harlee Sue is a service and security dog at P2E.
